Your order follows a clear process from confirmation to delivery. Review every detail before placing it, especially the delivery address, size, fit, patch, name and number.

How shipping is calculated

Tracked shipping is calculated by product type: €6.99 per jersey, €3.50 per pair of shorts (50% of the jersey rate, rounded to the nearest cent), and €6.99 per Kids Set because it includes a shirt and shorts. The applicable amount is added for every item in the order.

Address accuracy

The customer must check the recipient name, street, house number, postcode, city, country and any required delivery instructions before placing the order. The checkout includes a required confirmation for this purpose.

If a parcel is returned because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery without a legal reason, or did not collect the parcel, a new dispatch may require payment of the actual additional shipping cost. This does not limit statutory rights where the seller or carrier caused the delivery problem.

Delays and split deliveries

Orders containing several items may arrive separately. When a parcel is dispatched, its tracking number is sent to the email address stored in the customer account. If an order has not arrived within the stated estimate, contact customer@67fussball.online with the order number so that the shipment can be investigated.
